We were very discouraged to open our package and find our headset. It does not look anything like the picture, and it does not include all the parts the picture shows.
-- The earpiece is smaller and barely covers an agent's ear
-- The is not a headset base, just part of it where you can rest a headset on (partially - it still falls over when you try and rest it on this "base")
-- There is no battery
-- There are no cords
We could not test the product itself because of the missing parts that are not included (even though it doesn't say "not included" anywhere on the website).
